We only ship to the Continental United States although we may be able to ship to you at other locations upon request:

If you live in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands, or another country, please contact us first at with your shipping address information and the products you want. It is important for us to know your correct shipping address and the number and type of product you want so that we may be able to give you an accurate quote.

Shipping cost is based upon weight. Many products, such as furniture, require freight charges. You will see these charges in checkout before you complete your transaction. From time to time we offer specials to customers for free or reduced shipping on larger, or heavier, orders.


Customer service is our number one priority. We will work with you on a product return or replacement according to the following conditions:

  1. You must contact us within 30 days of purchase
  2. All contact must be in writing via email. Calls are accepted but you must follow up in writing
  3. All bedding, linens, and fashion products must be unused and in originial packaging
  4. You must state the reason you want a return or replacement
  5. You must included your order number and the date of your purchase
  6. You must include all of your contact information including your name, address, telephone number, and email address
  7. DO NOT send product back to us until we get back to you after your intial request. WE WILL CONTACT YOU with complete instructions on how to proceed
  8. AFTER we thoroughly inspect the product, we will make a determination as to the status of your claim
